I spent over 15 years as an advertising and marketing executive for major brands such as Sprint, Motorola and Visa. I managed print and television advertising campaigns at J. Walter Thompson, one of the world's largest advertising agencies, in their Chicago and San Francisco offices. Then one day, in a moment of lucid clarity and calculated risk, I jumped off the corporate ladder to pursue a career in photography and filmmaking.

My images have been published in international and regional magazines, websites, newspapers, catalogs, and offered for sale in art galleries and retail outlets throughout Montana including the Artists’ Shop a collective of artists presenting regional art and fine craft.

DOG PHOTOGRAPHER

I love dogs. I specialize in capturing images of those magic moments when your dog's personality shines through. In 2006, NewWest.net hosted an exhibition of my photographs and an online gallery called "Dog Face". I am currently photographing a book about dogs.

Being present in the here and now and making everyone comfortable with the camera are my best strategies for capturing emotional images of real people being real.  I work with a combination of strobe and natural light to deliver images that range from fine art to photojournalism, depending on the style you desire. WILDLIFE & ANIMAL PHOTOGRAPHER

The reason I moved to Montana was to have more opportunities to photograph the magnificent wildlife that abounds here. Photographing wild or domestic animals is still one of my favorite assignments.
